Rules and Policies

 
REGISTRATION INFORMATION

A registration fee of $25 (prorated throughout season) per student is required at the time of registration. Two children of the same family pay a $40 registration fee. This registration fee is non-refundable and must be included with you completed registration form. Students will be enrolled until the end of the school year unless you notified the office in writing you are dropping. 

It is parent’s responsibility to supervise their children before and after class.

DROP POLICY

We must be notified in writing 30 days prior you dropping. If we are not notified in writing, your spot will be saved for you and you will be charged. Students are enrolled for the school year unless you notified the office in writing you are dropping.

 

PAYMENT POLICY

All payments are due on or before the first class of each pay period, as per our 2018-2019 calendar. Missed classes cannot be deducted from the session tuition. Make-ups are available for missed classes.

  • A $25 fee will be charged on any returned check.

 

PAY PERIODS AND RATES

Each Period is 8 weeks. 
Period 1        September 3-October 27
Period 2        October 29-December 22
Period 3        December 31-February 23
Period 4        February 25-April 20
Period 5        April 22-June 15

2018-2019 Rates are through June 15, 2019. Yearly Registration Fee: $25 per student.

Dance classes 45 min. /  8 week tuition – $100
Preschool classes 45 min. /  8 week tuition – $118
Gymnastics classes 1 hr. /  8 week tuition – $126
Tumbling classes 1 hr. /  8 week tuition – $126

 

DISCOUNTS

There is a 10% discount on the lower priced program for two children from the same family.

 

MAKE -UP POLICY

We will be very cooperative in meeting students make-up needs. You must call the office 860-646-3687 at least 1 or 2 days ahead of time to schedule a make-up class. Missed classes must be made up within 30 days. There is no monetary reimbursement for missed classes and you cannot use your scheduled class time as a make-up class. Once you have dropped from the program, make-up classes do not apply.

 

REFUNDS

All registration fees are non-refundable. There are absolutely no refunds for missed classes. (make-up classes are available).

 

SNOW DAYS

In the event of adverse weather conditions, class closure information will be posted on our website: www.winingersgymnastics.com. You can also call the office before coming to class. Any classes canceled due to weather can be made up.

DRESS CODE

Leotards or shorts and T-shirt are required for PreSchool and Gymnastics/Dance classes. Boys should wear elastic-waist shorts and a T-shirt or warm-up suit. No belts or jeans will be permitted.
